Please do not wear scent to class. for the ZUMBA
& BOOT CAMP WORKOUTS wear some kind of athletic footwear

McCormack’s FUSION classes are
mostly a mix of PILATES & YOGA with a
variety of
training techniques often including elements of qigong,
tai-chi, belly-dance, functional
fitness, capoeira. Mostly bodyweight exercises but
sometimes using small
equipment such as stability
balls or BOSUs. all deb's
fusion classes STRETCH, STRENGTHEN, SHAPE
& TONE, improving physique, posture, &
balance.
