Zumba Yoga Pilates Videos Directions


MIND-BODY EXERCISE Stretches & strengthens, shapes & tones improving physique, posture & balance. Calms, soothes & relaxes. Bring a yoga mat. Wear comfortable layered clothing that allows you to move and stretch. drop-in noon classes Tuesdays 12:10-12:50pm ZUMBA TONE bring light weights (1-3lb handweights)& Thursdays 12:10pm-12:50pm Matflow (pilates/qigong/yoga) bring a mat. Noon classes are held at Centerstage Dance Studio (in the Haberfelde Bldg, Chester Ave entrance) 1710 Chester Ave. $10 drop-in.

classes are held at 1801 Panorama Drive, in Bakersfield College's beautiful, spacious dance room with wooden flooring, GYM 202 - by the pool, inside, up two flights of stairs.THESE CLASSES ARE OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC, you do NOT have to be a college student to take part in this class. $10 drop-in.
