Working-out mindfully in ways that FEEL good, building strong supple physiques. No pre-existing flexibility required for any of these classes. listed below are DEB (deborah) McCORMACK'S group exercise classes that are currently open for DROP-INS. this page is frequently updated. classes that are full, such as our current 5am Mon-thu BOOTCAMP, are not listed for drop-ins.   click here for printable schedule  there are 2 locations. for directions & map use the above bike button.  if you would like more information about the class formats use the  ZUMBA, YOGA, PILATES & BOOTCAMP  buttons found above  welcome BEGINNERS. no dance ability required for ZUMBA. wear comfortable layered clothing that allows you to move and stretch. Please do not wear scent to class.  for the ZUMBA & BOOT CAMP WORKOUTS wear some kind of athletic footwear to cushion your feet. bring water to every class.   Deb McCormack’s FUSION  classes are mostly a mix of PILATES & YOGA with a variety of training techniques often including elements of qigong, tai-chi, belly-dance, functional fitness, capoeira. Mostly bodyweight exercises but sometimes using small equipment such as stability balls or BOSUs. all deb's fusion classes STRETCH, STRENGTHEN, SHAPE & TONE, improving physique, posture, & balance.

Starts March 5, Tu/Th, 9am BOOMER FRIENDLY 20/20/20 class.
20 minutes of giqong &/or belly dance to loosen the muscles and free up energy.
20 minutes of ZUMBA gold & toning: low-impact dance fitness using light shakers for toning moves.
Finishing with 20 minutes of pilates &/or yoga.
