ON-GOING CLASSES the classes listed below meet once a week. $25 for month of August enrollment starts the beginning of each month. may also be open for drop-ins if space allows, check our drop-in page which is updated each Friday.

CLASSES SUITABLE FOR MOST LEVELS OF FITNESS

Saturdays, 8 AM - 8:40 AMPILATES INTERMEDIATE Participants will benefit by first attending an introductory workshop, &/or a few beginner's pilates classes first so as to be familiar with basic pilates principles. This class will include mainly mat exercises that will strengthen the entire body, particularly the core. After just a few pilates classes, most participants notice an improvement in posture, and a stonger, leaner looking body.

Sundays, 8 AM - 9:15 AMMATFLOW PILATES/YOGA strengthens, stretches, and reshapes the body. This class works for most levels of fitness so long as you able to get up and down from the floor fairly easily. This fusion of pilates & yoga will strengthen & stretch, reshape & relax mind & body.

Thursdays, 5:30 PM - 6:25 PMBOSU/BIG BALL BOOTCAMP reshapes and strengthens the entire body while focusing the mind. Using the bosu, an innovative training device, and a large stability ball & hand-weights, the body will be challenged to work muscles you never knew you had. This is a total workout, you'll strengthen, stretch, & sweat your way into better shape, increased stamina, & better all round fitness.

CLASSES SUITABLE FOR RAW BEGINNERS &/OR THE OUT OF SHAPE, OR FOR THOSE WHO SIMPLY WANT A LIGHT WORK-OUT

Mondays, 7:15 PM - 8:15 PMMATFLOW EASY PILATES/YOGA strengthens, stretches, and reshapes the body. A beginners class, blends matwork pilates and flow yoga. No previous experience required. This class is suitable for most people, so long as you are able to get down and up from the floor unassisted.

Wednesdays, 7:15 PM - 8:15 PMFLOW YOGA EASY yoga poses held while focusing on the breath, then,flowing with the breath into the next pose. Relaxes & energizes mind & body, strengthens & stretches the entire body, improves balance & fosters a general sense of well-being.

Saturdays, 8:45 AM - 9:30 AMPILATES BEGINNER mat exercises that strengthen & reshape the body, improve posture, trains the body to move safely, efficiently and gracefully.

CLASSES THAT REQUIRE PRE-EXISTING STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY

Saturdays, 7 AM - 7:50 AM PILATES ADVANCED strengthens & reshapes the body, improves posture, trains the body to move safely, efficiently and gracefully. Participants need a minimum of 6 months previous pilates experience.
