Zumba Yoga Pilates Videos Directions


MAT EXERCISE (pilates/yoga)
Stretches & strengthens, shapes & tones improving physique, posture and balance. Calms, soothes & relaxes. Mostly pilates & yoga, this program also includes some qigong & calisthenics as well as meditative practices. Bring a yoga mat. Wear comfortable layered clothing that allows you to move and stretch. Please do not wear scent to class.
