50 minute sessions held between 10am and noon, Mondays - Thursdays. Appointment only. sessions held at the Strength & Health Barbell Club, 318 21st Street. Sessions are led by AFAA certified personal trainer Deb McCormack small group classes limited to five (minimum) to seven (maximum) people. a series of 10 sessions when you are ready to get in shape, commit to showing up & working out 2x a week for 5 straight weeks. you can form your own private team for private small group sessions or you can sign up on a waitlist & once we have enough people we begin the series of ten sessions, choose Mondays & Wednesdays or Tuesdays & thursdays, at 10 am or 11am. pre-paid $100 each person that is only $10 session. for a free mini sample session phone (661)328-9022
